Location
The Bella Vista Residence is located 100 meters from the main Vlora beach
and offers breathtaking scenery. The Bella Vista Residence is just 1
kilometre from the center of Vlora a city with unique character; this has
become one of the most promising emerging property investment areas. With the new
road completed it takes just 90 minutes drive from the Tirana International
Airport which has direct flights to several international destinations such as UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy,
Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Turkey amongst others. Also a
speedboat will be in service from Corfu crossing in less than 2 hours as
well numerous ferries go overnight to Italy.

Vlora is located in south-western Albania, on the coast of the Adriatic, the
second major sea port after Durres. Today Vlora has a population of 150’000.
The city is growing rapidly and the tourist infrastructure is improving i.e.
many hotels and recreational centers are found along the beaches of Vlora.
Vlora is a city with tradition of hospitality, full of history and natural
beauty. Vlora is one of the most beautiful places of the whole Albanian
Coast. With the superb climate and diverse beauty of the city more tourist
are coming from around the world. If you want to swim in the sea begin of
May through September is the best time. In October the sea is still warm
enough (20° C).
There are a number of nature reserves in the region which limit the future
amount of construction and much of the untouched nature will be preserved
for years to come, while developments will occur in the designated areas.
The Adriatic coast has established itself as a more peaceful holiday
destination but still incorporating numerous restaurants, clubs and bars.
Numerous white sandy beaches are located in the region in both directions
from the resort offering clean and sandy beaches with clear and calm sea
waters.
